Today, I’m sharing a recipe of my favorite gluten free granola, one that probably won’t last long once it comes out of the oven, because it’s so tasty!

Serves: 5 bowls
Prepping time: 10-15 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
– 3 cups certified organic gluten free oats
– ½ cup chopped cashews
– 1 cup chopped almonds
– ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
– ½ cup pecan nuts
– ½ cup pumpkin seeds
– ½ cup sunflower seeds
– ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
– ½ cup raisins
