Autumn, the colour of hope. It can be a time for inner exploration and I have realised recently that energy and stress are two of the biggest obstacles we face in reaching health goals. I was working so much during summertime and with kids holidays etc that I have reached the point of exhaustion. I must admit that I was not very excited when the first of March arrived, our first day of Autumn. I wanted to think that we were living in a little piece of hot paradise as I love summer very much,

Happy New Year to you all! It has been definitely an amazing summer. I love wearing light clothes and go for a walk in the sunshine, it reminds my home country Colombia. Beautiful and warm all year long! Another Christmas is over and I have to say that I enjoyed so much my sweets, cakes, wine and extra food during the happiest time of the year.
